Oh joy! At last a lovely sunny morning, which attracted about 25 joint D Group riders at Aylesford. After everyone had sorted themselves out deciding which ride they wanted,a group of 13 including Dee and Linton set off ,with Richard. Byatt leading. Keeping mainly in two groups( thanks Russ for keeping the second group gap distance) it was out to Eccles  then over Peters. Bridge  to Snodland. It continued on in the sunshine to Offham,Crouch and to the stop at Melia‚Äôs  Place cafe,Borough Green. This was a new one for the group, and offered outside seating, which was very pleasant. The return leg and Richard B,led off again to Crouch, then up Gover Hill ,before the nice downhill to West Peckham. It was then another climb up Butchers Lane,Mereworth, and a meet up with the D group on the  Kings Hill bye pass footpath.Shortly after several riders starting dropping off as they got closer to their homes, leaving 7 to finish the ride after the Research centre back to Aylesford.A distance of 30 miles at 13 mph. Thankyou Richard B for a great ride on a lovely Spring day.
